Fraizer's Wedding Policies :
Food and drink policies are guaranteed for contracted functions only, All wedding ceremony or receptions must have full contract.
We will guarantee food and beverage prices on all contracted prices up to 60 days prior with With all contracted functions.
Final Count Guarantee:
Unless otherwise specified or agreed upon in advance on contract, a final maximum count must be given 10 days in advance. The count can lower up to 72 hours in advance of function. This count is required and if confirmed count is not recieved, estimated maximum number will be considered final count. Fraizer's will not be responsible for providing menu selections for unaccountable guests. For all buffet options, Fraizer's prepares for a 5% above the final count. This is the maximum number allowed to increase after the count is given.
All wedding receptions must use a seating chart and any additional guest not given in count will not have seats available. You must give firm counts with all weddings.
Booking and Payment schedule:
A $500.00 deposit is required in advance to hold the date of the wedding. Until this deposit is received, the party is not considered booked. An appointment to discuss all function details must be made, after which a function contract will be forwarded to you to sign and return. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a 50% payment is due 10 days in advance, with the remaining balance due the day before thje wedding. For any additional fees that will be determined the day of the event, you may pay after the completion of the wedding.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
If a wedding is cancelled your deposit will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any guest not of legal drinking age, cannot produce proper identification to verify his/her age, or any guest who appears to be intoxicated. Anyone unable to produce identification may be asked to leave if caught drinking. The customer on the contract is liable for his/her guest safety.
Due to standard health practices, prepared leftover buffet food may not be removed from the restaurant. Fraizer's does not allow any food or beverage to be broght into the restaurant, or the private rooms. Special arrangements can be made for a cake to be brought in for a contracted function.
Fraizer's does not allow contracted functions to subcontracte the room to another party.
You may not charge a cover charge at the door for your function, unless authorized by the General Manager.
The contracted contact person assumes the risk of any damage done to Fraizer's Restaurant/ staff/ or other guest by an attending guest of the party.
